Hi, I’m Jeanine Emigh — real estate investor, short-term rental curator, intuitive space designer, and legacy builder.

My journey into real estate started in my early twenties, rooted in the land I raised livestock on. I built my first custom home on that ranch, and something awakened in me — a deep love for shaping spaces that nourish, uplift, and inspire. That passion evolved into a lifelong calling to transform properties not just physically, but energetically.

With every project — from designing a commercial kitchen and market infused with my Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish heritage, to converting a single-family home into a state-approved assisted living residence — I’ve trusted more than blueprints and spreadsheets. I follow the guidance of the universe, allowing intuition, alignment, and intention to lead the way.

Each property I touch is a reflection of that approach: thoughtfully designed, energetically balanced, and made to feel like a sanctuary. Whether it's a luxurious short-term rental to unwind and recharge, or a vibrant space near the pulse of nightlife and fine dining — I create environments that support joy, rest, and reconnection.

As a licensed administrator and experienced investor, I bring structure and strategy. As a home chef, traveler, and spiritual woman, I bring soul. When I’m not managing properties, you’ll find me paddleboarding, cooking for loved ones, hiking in nature, or seeking moments of stillness and clarity.
